Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a Virtual Private Server can be a challenging process. You either have to do the work all by yourself , in other words spend a lot of your precious time to regularly monitoring your VPS, or else you need to find a 3rd–party solution whose only job will be to watch over your virtual server. And that is precisely where our Managed Services solution can comes in real handy. With it, your virtual server will be entered in our own custom–developed server managing software system, which will keep track of all the essential services. And in case of a service crash, our system administrators will be warned momentarily and they will fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Plan is not the easiest assignment in this world. You will either have to use a different server or your home PC, alternatively deploy a third–party software. Our company offers a far simpler solution with our Managed Services offer. We will create a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be afraid of losing important info. Plus, we can always recover a backup very quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Plan, you have full freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup from you. That’s where our Managed Services deal will come in real handy. It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – which means you will be able to literally hire one of our competent server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software application whatsoever that you desire. Or have him fix a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an add–on for our KVM VPS Plans.
